I take 2 sips of this and 2 sips of water and immediately feel the difference, more awake, more alive and more energy. Highly recommend it, especially for dehydration.

I prefer flavored drinks over plain water, I am prediabetic and am trying to avoid sugar.

I purchased these because I couldn't find Powerade zero. All though I prefer Powerade zero, these are not bad although you get a better deal with Powerade zero because you get more ounces for the money.
